Where is your store located?
We are located inside the Westside Market Midtown at 1530 Ellsworth Industrial BLVD, Suite #424, Atlanta, GA 30318. We're open Monday through Saturday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
How can I book a styling appointment?
Visit our Book a Styling page to fill out a brief questionnaire and select your preferred appointment time via our Calendly scheduler. Sessions are available in person and virtually.
What services do you offer?
We offer personal styling, wardrobe refresh, event styling, personal shopping, and image consulting. Each session is tailored to your unique style, goals, and lifestyle.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted on unworn, unused items with original tags attached within 14 days of purchase. Final sale items, jewelry, intimate apparel, and custom orders are non-returnable. Please contact us to initiate a return.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States. Complimentary shipping is available on orders over $250. For international inquiries, please contact us directly.
How long does shipping take?
Standard orders are processed within 1-2 business days and typically arrive within 3-7 business days. Express shipping options are available at checkout.
Can I place items on hold?
Due to the curated nature of our collection, we are unable to place items on hold. We recommend purchasing promptly to secure your desired pieces.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! Gift cards are available for purchase in store. Contact us or visit the boutique to purchase a Velvet Circle Lux gift card in any denomination.
How do I care for my luxury pieces?
Care instructions vary by garment. We recommend following the care label on each piece. For specialty items like sequins, silk, and cashmere, we suggest professional dry cleaning.
Can I sell my items through Velvet Circle Lux?
We occasionally accept consignment pieces on a case-by-case basis. Contact us with details about your items and we'll be happy to discuss.
